~For security and safety purposes, this RV is equipped with a GPS tracking device in the event of an emergency or breakdown.
~Renter Agreement must be signed before key exchange
~Photocopy of valid driver's license of all drivers must be on file before key exchange
~$1500 security deposit hold on credit card required before key exchange, hold will be released within 7 days of RV return and final inspection
RULES OF THE ROAD:
• No towing --- No drinking & driving --- No speeding, obey posted truck speed limits --- No texting while driving
• Hands free only - use of phone while driving --- Wear seatbelt
• Think through how to get in/get out of stores, restaurants, gas stations, etc.
• Avoid large dips, humps, steep inclines (hitch area may scuff the ground)
• Stay on improved roads - gravel roads/driveways are fine
• Make sure storage compartments and side door are locked while driving --- Make sure step is in the up position
• Do a 360 walk-around prior to departure checking for anything left behind or out of place
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
NO use of awning - Sorry! --- NO smoking in Connie --- NO festivals --- No climbing outdoor ladder or walking on roof
Never leave food/garbage unattended outside --- wild animals!
No modifications to interior/exterior walls
Grill must be 10' away from RV
Fire ring/pit must be at least 15' away from RV
Allow ~1 hour during pick up/key exchange for paperwork, orientation, & questions
START TIME (Pick up) ----- 2:00pm
END TIME (Drop off) ----- 11:00am

About the Owner
Hi, we're Todd and Katie. We were both born and raised in MI. We have two boys, 9th and 6th grade, who keep us busy with many sports activities including football, basketball, volleyball, and fishing. We also love to hunt and spend time outdoors working and playing. In the summer of 2025, we took Connie the Conquest out west for a 2-week adventure, visiting The Badlands, Mt. Rushmore, Yellowstone, Grand Teton National Park, and friends that live in Wyoming and Idaho! IT was an EPIC trip!! We look forward to sharing our motorhome with you!
